As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 1998 and Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I help women build a healthier relationship with food, gain confidence and trust in themselves, appreciate the importance of emotional health, and ultimately have more freedom and energy to enjoy life.
Through my comprehensive one-on-one approach (via virtual coaching), my program BE FREE Blueprint®, focuses on a whole-person approach. We’ll work on moving you from where you are to where you want to be.
